Amazon.com Product Review
The beauty of this Cooper Lighting recessed kit is that you no longer have to guess which housing belongs with which trim--the can and trim come packaged together. This combined packaging greatly simplifies the often confusing process of selecting recessed lighting.
The P421W kit combines a white trim and eyeball with 4-inch remodel housing. The light is thermally protected and listed for damp locations making it ideal for use in a variety of applications in new construction, remodels, or suspended ceilings. The low profile housing makes this an excellent choice for 2- by 6-inch joist construction common in older housing, or for installations with minimal available space. The eyeball allows you to focus the light on individual objects such as artwork, or if used with multiple kits can illuminate an entire wall.
Proper installation of the light requires that insulation be kept three inches from the housing. To install with bar hangers, be sure to purchase 24-inch bar hangers P98 (sold separately). UL regulated for safety.--Bree Norlander

Costumer Reviews
They really do look great once they're up, and throw great spotlights on my walls. I even bought 2 more.
I don't know what knucklehead designed it so that to replace a bulb you need to pull the entire insert down out of the housing (understandable), and then unscrew a bracket (using a screw driver) (dumb) before you can put a new bulb in.
Couldn't find the correct bulbs on Amazon, and had to purchase them at the local HD.
